Hays Republic and Cleveland Controls joined to become UniControl. Corporate headquarters, manufacturing, order processing and engineering are located at the Cleveland, Ohio factory, while Hays Cleveland Combustion Control Products & Systems Sales is located in Boynton Beach, Florida. Hays Cleveland Combustion Control Products serves commercial and industrial markets, Federal and State institutions, utility markets, and process, mechanical, and automotive markets.

Power & Heat Systems custom installs a number of products from Hays Cleveland, including draft control systems, single point and multi-point draft gauges, rotary and linear actuators, and special design burner/boiler control systems. Power & Heat Systems also installs Hays Cleveland’s linkage-less burner control systems, and total boiler room control/communications systems.
